1 Open/Paste your new image and crop it to your liking.
2 Duplicate base layer twice, set the first to Screen with the opacity set to 45% and the second to Soft Light.
3 Make a new raster layer, fill it with #0c0b43 and set it to Exclusion.
4 Make a new raster layer, fill it with #c1edf5 and set it to Burn.
5 Make a new Channel Mixer layer with the following settings; Red
R: 140, G: -40, B: -20, C: 5 Green
R: 0, G: 100, B: 0, C: 0 Blue
R: -6, G:-11, B: 122, C: 0
6 Duplicate your base layer, bring it to the top and set to Luminance, with the opacity set at 40%.
7 Make a new Levels layer with the following settings; RGB
I: 20, 1.30, 255
O: 20, 240 Red
I: 30, 1.40, 235
O: 0, 255 Green
I: 20, 1.10, 255
O: 20, 245 Blue
I: 25, 0.95, 255
O: 25, 255
8 Make a new Hue/Saturation/Lightness layer with the following settings; Saturation
Master: 0
Reds: 30
This will vary depending on your colours.
