This tutorial will allow to make your image have an enhanced glow to it.
1 Open/Paste your new image and crop it to your liking.
2Layers › Duplicate.
3 With the new duplicated layer go to Adjust › Blur › Gaussian Blur. Change the radius to around 3 or 4 and click ok. It will look blurred out, but just wait.
4 Click on the original image layer and go to Adjust › Sharpness › Sharpen, only if the image needs to be sharpened.
5 Change the opacity to suit your image, mine was about 65%, then change the Blend Mode to overlay.
